Most orders ship out in their entirety, but
sometimes due to heavy demand an item may become temporarily unavailable
and in these cases your shipment may be subject to a delay of several
days while we try to complete your order. On rare occasions you
may receive your order with missing items marked UNAVAILABLE.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that
you will understand that we have made every effort to fulfill your
order. |
Your credit card is never
billed until the shipment is ready for dispatch and your charge
will be reduced accordingly if any items are unavailable. You
will receive an automatic e-mail message from FedEx on the day
that your package is dispatched. If you have any concerns, please
do not hesitate to call our office and speak to a customer service
representative.
Please Note: Orders for Single figures are usually
dispatched within 2-7 days from our facility. If a figure is unavailable,
we may hold your order for up to 10 days while we try to locate
the missing items. We make every attempt to fill your order in
it's entirety, but if a single figure continues to be unavailable
we will ship your order without the missing item; this product
will not be backordered. All orders are offered subject to availability.
