TERMS of SALE

PRE ORDER POLICY
Placing a pre-order reserves product in your name for the designated release date. We prioritize shipments, by their pre-order date; orders placed 3 months in advance will be dispatched before orders placed last week. Your Credit card is not charged until the date that your order is ready for dispatch from our facility. All items will be dispatched as soon as they become available. All items offered subject to availability. All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Please note that products that are IN STOCK will be dispatched first and any pre-order items will now be dispatched on the date that they become available. Orders for multiple pre-order items with different release dates will be dispatched as multiple shipments on the designated date. Shipping & Handling charges will be accessed on each shipment according to our standard method (see: Shipping & Handling chart) and may be higher than the combined total originally indicated in the shopping cart.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items offered subject to availability. All sales are subject to ICON's Standard Terms of Sale. Florida residents are subject to an additional 6% sales tax plus applicable surtax. Payment can be made by check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. If you prefer to pay by check or money order then we encourage you to run through the online order process and when you are ready to finalize your order, you will be given the option to print out and mail in your completed and totaled order form. Please be advised all check orders are held for 10 business days from the date that they are received for check clearance. All export orders must be paid by credit card or funds transfer to our bank account in advance.

ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING & HANDLING
Items placed in the online shopping cart can be removed at any time. Your order is only finalized when you have entered your shipping, billing & payment details and submitted the confirmed order. If you wish to modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted, please call our office as soon as possible at Toll Free 1-800-801-2128 ( ICON Distribution LLC. office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm US Eastern Time ). Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 Business days after receipt. In the Continental USA, expect delivery in 3-7 business days via FedEX Ground Service once your order has been processed and shipped from our facility. Please note FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. * No additional shipping fees apply to a US military APO or FPO address.

* As soon as your order is dispatched from our facility you will receive e-mail notification and a Tracking number from FedEX.

IMPORTANT: If an order is dispatched to you and delivery is refused by the recipient, resulting in your package being returned to us; it is our policy to pass along the additional costs incurred and your credit card will be billed for both shipment charges (double the Shipping and Handling charge). Please do not place an order unless you are serious about receiving the delivery.

Over $210.00, add 8% of total order value for shipping & handling.
Outside the Continental USA, shipping & handling will be billed at cost.

Shipments outside of the USA may be subject to additional import duties.

BACK ORDER POLICY
In the event that a product is on back order, the availability date will be prominently indicated on our web site or you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date and given the option to cancel the backordered item or wait the additional delivery time. Additional Shipping & Handling charges will not be incurred by backordered items and your credit card will only be charged when we are ready to ship your order. All items offered subject to availability.

GUARANTEE / RETURN POLICY
Our commitment to our customers is their complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with our products for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of reciept for a product return authorization number. Upon receipt of the returned product, ICON Distribution LLC. will issue a merchandise credit (less shipping charges) as long as the returned materials are in a resaleable condition. Please note, no partial packaging can be accepted.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY
All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on tests we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy of completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied: seller's and manufacturer's obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective.
